Mr. Scott obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration (1995) from Saint Mary’s University.  Mr. Scott joined Linamar in 1995 as a human resource associate.  In 1996 was promoted to Human Resource Manager.  From 1996 until 2004 he progressed through various human resource positions at several Linamar facilities.  In 2004, Mr. Scott accepted the position of Director of Human Resources for the 12 manufacturing facilities in Linamar’s Engine Group.  Mr. Scott became Corporate Director of Human Resources in August 2004 and held that position until 2011 when he assumed the responsibilities of Director of Organizational Development.
